Sadly, I've watched way too much TV so I associate it with Wilfred Brimley and his various grumpy, old men characters, who quite literally, were porch sitters!
For me, it's not a usable name, But if you live in an area where kids have names like Rufus and Beulah, I don't think it's an outlier from those.
I wonder if you'd have a hard time keeping folks from calling him Will. I assume you're not a fan of Fred or Freddie? Or Red?
I always think of Audrey Hepburn with Sabrina, so for me it's a romantic name with a spring in its step.
That makes me like Lily for a match over Isabel, though I do like Isabel, especially with this spelling. Kaia just doesn't work with Sabrina for me, though it's a nice name.
My one issue with the list is that Lily and Isabel are much more popular than Sabrina, but perhaps that's of no matter. A few other thoughts....Vanessa, Jillian, Giselle, Melissa, Marcella, Jocelyn, Camilla
I like Maxwell/Max very much with Sabrina. Modern sound with old school charm.
Not sure what other boys' names I'd naturally pair with Sabrina, but Max and Quinn as a pair would make me suggest Wyatt, Tate, Cole, Charlie, Sam, Gage, Jack, Parker.....
I adore them both, but I definitely feel like I hear more of the latter.
In any case....
I'm not generally a fan of thematic names on children, so I can't heartily endorse Rose, though I love it normally. I do think a variation is a nice idea.
I also adore Matilda, which fits the English spunkiness that I associate with Ivy (I don't know that I'm correct in doing so, but that's the category they share in my mind)
Ivy is such a fun name, in that it's a classic but has such a lively, upbeat sound.
It makes me want to suggest names like Tess or Tessa, Clara, and Lucy (perhaps too much Narnia with a brother called Peter?) Maggie or Susannah?
I also think virture names or gems are nice with botanicals. Ivy and...Ruby, Honor, Mercy....Grace if it wasn't so popular...
and finally, I'll just offer Lorelei, which popped to mind for reasons I can't quite identify.
No kidding!
I learn so much on here. :)

Goodness-is Eliza more popular than Lydia?
I adore them both, but I definitely feel like I hear more of the latter.
