I also have found Mason, which has always been a name I've loved. It may be not too suitable for a dog but it's gonna stay on the list for now. I've also been looking for initials, and I'm leaning towards the ones like PJ, DJ, JD, TJ, etc (apparently I like J's). I have found Payton Jude and Paxton James so far. Payton is my friend's alias, and Paxton is similar. I'm iffy about both middle names, especially for a dog), but if I went with these I would very rarely use anything other than PJ, so I'll keep them in mind too.

James, Jami (my family likes it w/o the E), and Jimmy are very popular names on my mother's side, I have at least 5 relatives with one of those names or something extremely similar.

I wouldn't use Rene for the reasons that it's too similar to my friend's name and it sounds too feminine to me, but thank you.

Where exactly did you get Descartes from? It is similar to my friend's mother's maiden name.

Muddy is extremely cute, but I think it'd be hard to find a dog to fit the name, but I'll keep it in mind. Murky is also adorable.

I have been thinking about the whole initial thing, I may have to use that, it'd be a good way to go.

Thanks for your help!

I do like Remy, however it seems like more of a nickname to me. Before this idea came to me, though, I had Renegade (nn Renny) on my list, and you reminded me, so thank you! Renegade is back on (:

My friend and I both love dogs more than anything, I think she'd be ecstatic.

When I said I would like to incorporate these names, I meant either Madison or Renee, but both would work as well.

Thanks again
