- Personal experiences with the name Emiliano
My boyfriend's name is Emiliano. All through school he was called Nano. It's stuck as a name now and everyone close to him, refers to him as Nano.
My son's name is Emiliano. We have struggled to find a really cute nickname for him. His aunties call him Lilo, Nano and Leo and a grandma calls his Emil. I prefer his long name. Most people have me repeat his name when I tell them it, but the response is usually positive. I personally love the name and it fits my son perfectly.
