I am planning on naming my second son Izaak. I considered the name Isaak (which is a german form of Isaac) but liked the way the Z looked and sounded and how it can e used for a nickname. His name will be Izaak and his nickname will be Z.

I named my second son Izaak (middle name "Millard" my maiden name. He is 14 now and loves his name. We have a common last name and by having Izaak as his first name he is unique. A google search just comes up with him. My first son is named Calvin. My husband has the classic David and I have the 1960's trendy Susan. We wanted something a little different for our boys.
