If I have a son named Noah, I want to build him a tree house the shape of a boat, so that I can paint "NOAH`S ARK" on it. :)

- Personal experiences with the name Noah
Noah is a BOY'S NAME! It was never meant to be a girl's name! Stop giving boys' names to the girls! PLEASE!
I find this offensive and unbelievable that you have the audacity to say Noah is just a boys name, news flash honey it isn't just for boys. It is a unisex name fyi. I assume your what you'd call sexist. Your going to have people out there that find boys and girls names cute and use it for unisex name. We didn't need you sexist opinion or rebuttal about Noah should only being a boys name. I like the name Elliot for a girl and it was originally a boy name, I like the names feminine version nickname Ellie.
To the above: Was Noah a unisex name in the Bible? I don't think so! If you make Noah a unisex name, you should make all the other Biblical names unisex names. (Jeremiah, Hezekiah, Hebakkuk, David, Goliath, Saul, Ezekiel, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob)
I knew a couple who had a daughter named Davida (pronounced da-VEED-uh)
^For you negative posters, my name is Noa. I am proud of my name because it is so unique, and no other girls really have it. Plus, Noa has both a Hebrew and Japanese meaning. Noa isn't just a boy name either. A bible character named Zelophehad had five daughters and one of them was named Noa. Noa is a unisex name, not just for boys, for you sexist people.
^You are a complete and total idiot. It's just like saying Sophie is sexist because it's a girls name.
^Addressed to the original comment. You are so idiotic. You give feminists a bad name. Saying a name is for boys is not sexist, it's fact.Noa is not the female version of the name Noah, and they are pronounced differently in Hebrew. Noa was one of the five daughters of the biblical figure Zelophehad, who died without leaving a male heir. Noa and her sisters fought for - and won - the right to inherit his property. She and her sisters are among the most influential and revered women in the Bible as a result of their actions standing up for what they believed was right (Numbers 27 and on), challenging even Moses on his interpretation of the law and then prevailing. It also means "movement" in Hebrew.
Ok, so how is Noa pronounced?
Noa is also claimed as a Japanese name, loosely translated as “my love." 私の愛は私の愛です. ばかなことをやめる
