My son's name is Taven, we first heard it as avid players of Mortal Kombat and liked it. Other people love it, however tend to pronounce it with a short a sound instead of a long a sound. The only meaning we could ever find was in old English, it meant warrior. Of course, we liked this. I do feel it is a good, strong name. Taven James is what we went with.
