- Comments and insights on the name Kylee
I was named after my dad, who is Kyle Lee, and I love my name. Growing up there were no other Kylees. In fourth grade there was a Kyleen, but never an actual Kylee. I always felt my name was cool and unique and fit my personality well.
- Personal experiences with the name Kylee
My parents named me Kylee in 1985. I have always LOVED my name and I have always been so thankful that I wasn't just another Brittany or Ashley that also had to go by a last initial. The only downfall I ever found growing up was never being able to find novelties (keychains, etc.) at gift stores with my name ready made on them. However, my mother always made up for that by having all sorts of custom made things inscribed or appliquéd with my name.
My Mom named me Kylee back in 1979 and I have ALWAYS loved my name. It's been unique and I've always been so thankful that I wasn't a third "Sarah" or "Jennifer" in class.
My parents named me Kylee after Kylie Minogue in 1990. I love my name, though I often wish it had more nicknames because only close close friends and family call me Ky. But I love not having the same name as everyone else!!
