I really despise the name spelt like this, I much prefer it like Megan. It looks like it should be pronounced Mee-ug-han
- Personal experiences with the name Meaghan
I was born in 1983 and although, growing up there were a lot of Megans, Meagans, etc., I was the one and only Meaghan. I have gained a slow appreciation for my name as I have grown older and and proud of its spelling. I don't know why my parents chose the most complicated spelling, but I am glad they did. My spelling sets me apart in a world full of Megan, Meagan, and Meghans.
