- Comments and insights on the name Nicolette
This would be a beautiful, feminine name to my ear-- except that I can't read it without thinking "Nicorette" (a brand of nicotine gum to aid tobacco users in quitting.)
- Personal experiences with the name Nicolette
My 3-year old daughter is Nicolette. We thought it was pretty and feminine without being cutesy, and it's uncommon (i.e., there won't be three Nicolettes in her class at school) without being weird. When we tell people her name, they often comment that it's beautiful.
Nicolette is definitely a beautiful name, but remember that no matter what you name your baby people will most probably comment that it's beautiful. They're just being polite.
