we named our daughter Persia my partner is Kurdish Iraqi and he said the name Persia when I was 4 weeks pregnant and I said if I was having a girl that would be her name. I love her name we are in the uk and no one else I've met has heard this name before. But in Iraq Kurdistan it's very popular she is now 4 and really suits her name.
