My name is Rosamund and I think it's just dear. Some people spell it with an 'o', while others a 'u'; I much prefer the second, for when written it looks so much more the gentle and feminine of the two. I'm often called Rose because of the coppery red, rose like shades that appear in my brown hair when it's sunny. Rose is also a lovely name. Once popular, but now quite rare: it will always be beautiful.
