My son is named Tyler and of course i love this name! It's good and strong and modern. There aren't that many other Tyler's his age either so thats a plus too. Only thing is, sometimes people call him Taylor. But that comes with just about any name. It fits him so perfectly because he's such a good little builder! : )

- Personal experiences with the name Tyler
There's a girl in my school named Tyler. At first I thought it was kind of strange for a girl to be named Tyler but it seems perfectly natural now. She fits the name perfectly. Spunky.
My name is Tyler and I'm a girl. I've only met two other girls in my entire life with this named, and I'm used to it being uncommon. Sometimes people do assume that I said Taylor, which gets annoying. Despite all of that, I really love my name. It matches me, and makes me feel kind of unique.
