Baby girl name to go with olivia and ava........

Help, we are in need of a name that goes well with our other daughters names Olivia and Ava. We are leaning towards Sophia. But are open to suggestions. Name can't start with  E as our last name starts with Z and we want to avoid the initial EZ.

Style-wise, I think Sophia goes beautifully with Olivia and Ava.

But I did notice that you have a pattern for your first two daughters' names: beginning with a vowel, containing a 'v' and ending with 'a.' Is that something you'd care about continuing? Sophia does fit the 'a' ending, but not the other two.

We are not set with the name pattern that we currently have. The names of our daughters are just names that we loved and the pattern is coincidence.  I would love to continue it with the v in the middle somewhere but there are not to many names with a v in the middle that we like and the ones that do like start with the letter e. We would like to avoid the letter e because our last name ends in z and I don't want her to have the initials EZ. I really like Ivy but the name is already in the family spelled Ivee, so I don't think we should repeat it.

Hmm, it is hard to find a name that fits all those criteria! The only one I can think of is Ivana/Ivanna. Is that a possibility at all? But since you're not even looking to continue the pattern, Sophia is lovely. Plus it has a great meaning too ("wisdom").

You seem to like antique revival names, or at least those that sound like it. Some names that I associate with the names of your daughters are Rosie, Sylvie, Amelia, Maisie, Violet and Matilda. They don't fit your unconscious pattern, but they have similar old-time charm.

Vivian, Sylvie/Sylvia, Ivy, Guinivere?  Sylvia seems really similiar to Sophia.

If the V doesn't have to be in the middle, you'd also have Violet, Veronica, Valerie, Victoria.

My friend has an Olivia and an Ariana. I love Amelie too. Its a French, but modern, And what about Adeline? Or Ivy? All lovely I think!

Or Elle, or Ella? Ella maybe a bit common though....

Just saw the piece about the 'v' in the middle. I love Eve, and Evie. Bosth pretty rare on Soc Sec lists, but short and sweet.

My daughter's name is Aria. I love it (obviously) and I also like both your girls' names. They all seem in the same "family" to me. Just throwing it out there. :)

Sylvia was my first thought. It flows nicely with the others, even if the repeated v is unintentional. Isla, Stella, Annabelle, Adeline, Clara, and Agatha were other ideas.

I thought of Isla, too, because it starts with a vowel and ends in -a. Although the OP isn't stuck on that pattern, I think it's cute. Then the next baby could be Ursula. :D

I like Sophia a lot. One thing I noticed is that Olivia, Ava, and Sophia are all top 5 names, which you might want to consider. However, if you aren't put off by the popularity, go for it. I think popularity is a little over-emphasized anyways. Other names I'd suggest for you are Chloe, Sylvia, Ariana, Liana, Lucy, Bella, or Kiara.
