If it is pronounced Row-e, Rowan or Rowena might be good.

if it pronounced Row, Roma, Romilda, Rosa or Roberta would work

Romy, Romilly, Rosalie, Lorelai, Rhoda, Ramona (it's a stretch, I know), Aurora

My oldest son has a boy in his class whose mother's name is Rochada (ro-KAY-da), which I think is sort of different but neat.

We both seem to like Rowan so we’ll probably go with that. We also have Johanna, Josephine, and Josie on our list, but Rowan is the front runner.
