Name mash-ups

I have a friend who manage to name her kid after two grandmothers.  Grandmas: "Carmella" and "Sonnet".  Grandson: "Carson".  (Names altered for privacy).

Your challenge: take a famous couple, living or dead, and create a real, usable name as a mash-up.

Challenge suggestions: (but anybody could be the couple)

Beyonce (Beyonce Giselle Knowles-Carter) and Jay-Z (Shawn Corey Carter)

Martha (Custis) and George Washington

Barack and Michelle (LaVaughn Robinson) Obama

Martha and George is easy: Marge. So's Barack and Michelle: Rachel. Middle names of Beyonce and Jay-Z can yield Ellerey, which is not quite a standard spelling of a not really standard name, but certainly counts as usable nowadays.

Here's a challenge: John and Abigail Adams. (No, I haven't come up with an answer. Johna doesn't really work, but nothing else even gets that far.)

Could go good ol' Southern with Abi-Jo?

I suppose you could get to Johanna from Johna.  Possibly Joab.

How about Romeo (Montague) and Juliet (Capulet) for a challenge?
