Names for a new story! HELP!!!

Hey guys!

I'm working on a new story. It is a futuristic one,  but not very far in the future. There have been huge tragedies in America, so everything is very different.

My main character is named Aspen Yusuf. Aspen was given to him by his parents because they wanted him to help grow and heal the world. His best friend is Zahra Kian.

Those are the only names I have finalized for this story. I really love the first names! However, I'm looking for other names for this story.

I want some people to name their children nature-y names (Aspen's family, for example). Hippie-esc. Nature ones are pretty self-explanitory:

Lark, Alder, Cael, Dahlia

Then, there are the people who are all future-y (Zahra's family). Kind of objects or mythological names. These people outnumber the nature people. Other futuristic-y names:

Cobalt, Hendrix, Lyra, Rhea, Zephyr, Auden

Basically, I'm looking for more names! Loads more! I'm a person who loves to change names! I'd love anything (first names, last names, random ideas, ect.)! THANKS!

I'm not very good at suggesting names, but I'll give it a try:

Storm

River

Forest/Forrest

Winter, Summer, Autumn

Dune

Sunny

Rainbow (possibly short for "Rain" or "Bo")

If you're willing to go a bit further on the nature names, there's Everest and Jordan.

I have a character named Lyra, and some names I almost-used were Grey, Bennett, Maddox, Alice, Tamsin and Josephine. Would any of those be of interest to you? (I realize they don't really sound futuristic, but I don't think it can hurt to suggest more names).

I believe Apollo is the god of the sun in Greek mythology. There's also Castor & Pollux. If I think of more, I'll come back and try to give you some more ideas.

TAre you planning to use the names you have already listed?

Yeah, I am planning to use some of the names I listed. Others were just examples of ones like what I'm looking for.

I really like Dune and Rainbow "Bo" (I really think this one would work for the MC's sister!)! They are awesome! Tamsin, Apollo, Castor, and Pollux are perfect! Thank you so much!

Surnames:

  • Speedwell (a flower name which could work well in a futuristic setting)
  • Skytree (the name of Tokyo's new tallest structure could also work well in a futuristic setting)

Questions:

  • Are there any virtues or ideas that these future cultures value? Luxury? Wisdom? Strength? Courage? Curiosity? Rebelliousness? Tenacity? Ingenuity? The ability to provide?
  • Are there any virtues or ideas that these future cultures do not value? Luxury? Tenacity? Curiosity? Rebelliousness? Cunning?
  • How far-reaching are the nature names? Are they drawn from the entire globe? Just the USA? The Solar System? Are they English-only?
  • Are "traditional" names still used at all?
  • Are there new surnames or just any surname one might expect in the current USA?

Virtues valued= Intellegince, obedience, Strength, luxury, Cunning

Not valued= Curiosity, Rebeliousness, Creativity, Sentementality

The Nature names are from all around the world because the people (or their grandparents more like) used to be able to travel the world.

Traditional names are not used. They ae thought to link back to a dark time. That's way some people do like the nature names and why lots of others don't.

Surnames are mostly the same with a few oddballs who changed their names- Keene, Calder, Bellamy, Finnian, Yusuf
