Congrats on #3!  We have very similar taste in names... I have a Violet and an Olive, the boy name we had decided on for Violet had "Grey" for a middle, and Olive's "boy name" would have been August (nn Gus).  (Also have nieces named Lyida and LilliAnn!)  Of your choices, my favorite combinations are:

Boy:

Oliver Grey

Everett Grey

The combinations with "Raymond" don't flow as well, but if the name has special meaning and you want to use it, I like it best iwth Augustus.

Girl:

I love all of your first name choices, but with Ann as a middle, it definitely moves a few down the list.  (Lillian Ann seems redundant, Lydia Ann doesn't flow as well as the others).  Molly Ann has a very distinct "country" feel to me, almost like a double-barreled first name.

Violet Ann (though I believe this is the first and middle combo of Ben Affleck's daughter)

Olive Ann

Eloise Ann

Margaret Ann (love this, especially with the nn Mara)

Good luck!  You have lots of great choices here!

Hmmm, I agree that as far as middle names go, Grey tends to flow better with the first names you chose. I don't think Henry Raymond or Augustus Raymond sound bad though. My favorite combo overall for boy names is Oliver Grey. I think Finnegan, Theodore, and Oliver make a great sib set.

For girls names, there seems to be a lot more options for first names. Your names are essentially classics and any of them would work fine with Ann. Considering sibling sets, I think Molly goes best with Finnegan and Theodore. Margaret and Olive also stand out as particularly nice options. I like Margaret because of the abundence of nickname I options and I love using nicknames, so I would be attracted to it for that reason and Olive just has such character and spunk to it though the only nn options are Liv, Livvie and Ollie (if you're willing to use a 'boy' nn on a girl) and that seems a little sparce by comparison.

My least favorites are Lillian and Eloise. Lillian is getting a little popular, and where I am there seems to be a lot of Lily/Lilly/Lilla/Lillians. That said if popularity or rather potential popularity doesn't bother you then go for it, its a prefectly nice name. Eloise always brings to mind the main character from those "Eloise" movies/books and I hated the character even as a child, I thought she was obnoxious and irritating. I don't know if anyone else shares that opinion, but you should be aware that there is a fairly well known character associated with the name you are considering.

I like all of the names on your boy list.  I think my favorites are probably Everett/Rett & Oliver/Ollie, but only because I think the nicknames fit better with Finn & Theo.  The lack of preferred nickname for Henry would bother me, though I realize a lot of people wouldn't be fussed about it.

I think Grey works fine as a middle for all the names.   I'm not a big fan of the 2-2 cadence of something like Henry Raymond.  However, the 3-2 of Augustus Raymond & Everett Raymond is quite nice.  The ending R of Oliver slurs into the start of Raymond in a way I don't find pleasing.

All of your girl names are also really lovely and they all work with Ann as a middle.  My only hesitation would be with Lydia-that ending A going into the starting A isn't ideal (but not unworkable).  My favorite for you is probably Molly.  I just love the name and think it sounds really cute with Ann.  I could see myself using both names often.  Margaret would be my runner up.  I noticed you have a nickname option for it, and I think it would be nice for her to have a nickname like her brothers.

You really have great taste in names!  I don't think you could go wrong with anything on your list.

I think either Everett/Rett or Oliver/Ollie go quite nicely with the big brothers names.  Definitely Grey as the middle name.

And Olive Ann is a very cute girls name.  Can I ask, would you give her the nickname Ollie?

I really like all the names listed! Since the others have nn's my faves are Ollie and Gus with either middle. Really Raymond or Grey would work fine for mn's. I know most think Grey flows better, but I still think Raymond works well.

Margaret is by far my favorite girl name, but the others are also lovely. I also live Olive, nn Ollie as someone else suggested. Seems the girl should have nn as her brothers do to me...but really whatever feels right! Good luck!

Ha, I'm tickled because I know a Finn and Theo sibset, but you are not them! I tried to talk names with the parents of said sibset recently, but they actually didn't remember the other names on their list, so I can't mine that source of information, but I love Augustus and Gus. You could also consider Angus, Fergus, or other routes to Gus, too (this blog showed up in my news feed lately and I thik it has mostly farfetched suggestions,  but perhaps you'll find something that resonates: http://nameberry.com/blog/baby-name-nicknames-getting-to-gus)

Congrats! For a boy, I also think that Grey flows better than Raymond and my favorites from your list are Everett Grey and Oliver Grey.  I think both Everett (Rett) and Oliver would work very well with your sibset.  For the girls I lik Violet, Eloise, and Lydia with your sibset, however, with the middle name Ann, I prefer Violet or Eloise.  Margaret Ann is also very pretty, I just don't think it is as great with Finn and Theo.  Good luck!

I like Margaret Ann and Violet Ann best. As much as I like the name Lydia, I don't really like the a-a of Lydia Ann.

I also like Everett Grey best.

Hey! :) Oh my. Everett Grey is a really lovely name. I love it! It's unique, it flows well, and it's not over the top. Next line for boy names would be Oliver Grey, but I still prefer Everett Grey.

As for the girl names, I feel that the middle name 'Ann' really doesn't flow well with most of them, but it does sound pretty with the name 'Margaret'. 'Eloise Ann' sounds fine, too.

I hope this helps! Congrats on your third kid, by the way. Answer mine? :) http://www.babynamewizard.com/forum/in-need-of-a-middle-name-please-help
