In Response to Sarah or Taylor?

My cousin's name is actually Tayla Marie, which, now that I think about it, kinda makes me not want to use the name. It's too close.

In Response to Your pet naming style

I named my first pet Tori, and he was a Russian Blue runt.

I kinda want to name a husky Puddles and a hound dog Copper like from the Fox and the Hound.

And, knowing me, whatever names on my list that I don't get to use will probably be used on a pet.

I don't think it would, as some names do have seperate pronunciations.

In Response to Is this for real?

I've never heard of that before. It's really strange, don't you think? I never thought people might actually make a business out of making up names! I just thought it was every writer's pasttime.

In Response to Cashel

Upon seeing it, I pronounced it the way you described, so I don't think pronunciation would be an issue. It doesn't look tacky or anything, so I'd say hang onto it.

In Response to Baby Nutella

I heard about this! Considering Apple is a name, I can't imagine Strawberry not being next. I mean, I grew up watching Strawberry Shortcake. Nutella, though, is going too far.

I'm just collecting for my list I might use someday, as of this point. The only other natureyish name on my list is Autumn.

Just out of curiousity, how do you pronounce Cassia? I've heard two different ways and I'm not sure which is more common.

I really like Cordelia and Aurora.

Rain and Wren are the first two that popped up into my head. Felicity.

There was this person on Yahoo Answers saying she wanted to name her daughter Lively.

Anorak's got a nice feel to it, despite it being a coat.
